About the Event
At the next two meetings of the Climate Fiction Book Club (April and May) we will be reading and discussing Kim Stanley Robinson's 'Ministry for the Future' (2020).
This science fiction novel is set in the near future and addresses many of the problems of -- and potential solutions to -- climate change. The novel has been praised by critics for providing some glimmers of hope amid the general anxieties of the climate crisis.
We will have a select few secondhand books available, on a first come first serve basis, so please let us know if you would like one. Secondhand copies are available on websites such as World of Books and Ebay.
Everyone is welcome to the book club and meetings take place in a friendly and informal atmosphere at the new Zero headquarters at the top of Guildford high street.
